Got a Quick Question?
Quick Questions is a great opportunity to get your quick, burning questions answered FAST! Available on a limited basis, Quick Questions are generally 15 minutes in length and handled on a first come-first served basis.
Keep in mind that educational plans, academic probation issues and transcript evaluations typically require more time than the 15-minutes Quick Questions allows, so we recommend scheduling a 30-minute appointment for those types of topics. We want to be sure that our counselors can give you the personalized attention and accuracy that you deserve!
To be placed on the drop-in queue or for general questions, please call 650.949.7423 or 650-949-7821. This service is first-come, first-served drop-in
for your 10-15 minute quick questions. We will accept students at the start of the
session.
Note: We often experience a higher volume of calls in summer so please expect longer wait time.
Fall Quarter Quick Question Schedule
Quick Questions are as follows:
Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday: 11:30 a.m. - 1:15 p.m.
Quick Questions sessions are scheduled to change.
