Month End Reports for Budget Updates

Immediately after the monthly finance close, the campus Budget and Financial Analyst prepares a set of month-end financial reports from Hyperion and sends them out electronically to administrators and other users.

Reports are organized by Fund Category and then sorted by FOAP codes. These are cumulative balances so the most recent reports reflect on-going budget surplus or deficit.

In addition to the month end financial reports, you can also run Argos Finance reports in the interim that yield real-time data that you may find more relevant for decision making purposes.

As a side note, if you’re doing budget queries in Self-Service Banner, you should be getting the same numbers because SSB is also showing the most current data.
