Foothill College Virtual Tutoring

We use Zoom to pair you with a tutor. You'll need a quiet space and a computer with a microphone to participate.
Steps to Meet with a Tutor
- SELECT program from dropdown menu for tutoring hours.
- LOG INTO CANVAS
- FIND the Student Support Portal or Tutoring Link on the left menu.
- FIND the Tutoring Tile on the SS Portal page.
Pass the Torch (Peer-to-peer tutoring for core courses in English, ESLL and Math)
|Pass the Torch will be closed for summer. The office will be open again on Sept. 1.|

STEM Center (Accounting, Anthropology, Biology, Chemistry, Computer Science, Economics, Math, Networking, Physics, The Garden, The Village)

M-TH: Noon–4 p.m.
- Tutoring available for Accounting, Chemistry, CS, Economics, Math, Physics all levels.
- Only the Main Lab will be open.
- The Garden is closed during the Summer.

Teaching & Learning Center (Support with reading and writing for all subjects)
NetTutor (24/7 online tutoring)
For hours when the Teaching & Learning Center (TLC), STEM Center, and Pass the Torch are closed, or for subjects not covered by Foothill's tutoring centers, you can get additional online tutoring support from NetTutor, a 24/7 online tutoring service.
