Fall 2022
MDIA 20: FUND OF MEDIA PRODUCTION - Online hybrid

Course information:

FUNDAMENTALS OF MEDIA PRODUCTION is a hands-on practicum of moving image and sound production.

The field of media production has changed dramatically since the start of the pandemic. In this class you will become familiar with the newest remote protocols for recording, editing, and sharing moving image content in today's environment of distributed production.

We'll meet on Zoom every Wednesday at 1pm for group critiques, lectures, and demos. In-person meetings are not required, but will be supported for those who are interested in collaborating in person. All skill levels are welcome — whether you have a fully-equipped home studio or a standard phone camera and a laptop, you will come out of this class with new skills and at least one showcase-worthy piece for your reel.
