With the Math Performance Success (MPS) program, you'll find a team of instructors, counselor and tutors who work closely with students to provide a supportive environment and help them succeed in Math.
We offer 3 choices: Math 10, Math 48B, or Math 1A with NCBS 405 (Co-req)

How to Apply
It's easy to apply for the MPS Program!
- Complete the MPS Application Form. Ensure that all sections are filled out.
- Then our MPS counselor Crystal Hernandez Martinez will contact you to discuss next steps. If you have any questions beforehand, you can contact Crystal at fhmps@fhda.edu or 650.949.7059
Eligibility Requirement
- Must be enrolled in or planning to enroll in a specific math course (Math 10 OR ath Math 48A or MAth 1A with NCBS 405(co-req).
- Must be a student at Foothill College and able to attend every class session (M T W TH to 10:00 AM to 12:15 PM).
- Other requirements like commitment to attending addidional tutoring sessions or workshop.

Your Part for the Commitment
If you choose to participate in MPS, we ask you to commit to these guidelines:
- Attend class regularly. MPS allows a maximum of 5 absences throughout the quarter.
- Being more than 5 minutes late will be calculated as ½ of an absence.
- Keep up with all homework, activities and lab assignments.
- Abide by the MPS Program Participant agreement.
