Cathy Chenu-Campbell

Cathy Chenu-Campbell is a librarian at Sacramento City College, where she oversees use of the library information system and the purchasing/cataloging of all library materials. In addition, she has regularly taught courses for the Library and Information Technology certificate program at the college. 

Chenu-Campbell has been chair of the Library Department and Academic Senate representative several times. She has served on a variety of college committees, including the College Budget Committee for many years, and is currently serving on the College Strategic Planning Council. She has also participated in a number of Los Rios District level committees and work groups, and has served on state level committees related to libraries, technology, and distance education for both the Chancellor’s Office and the Statewide Academic Senate. 

In addition, Ms. Chenu-Campbell has extensive accreditation experience. She has twice served as faculty chair for the accreditation self-evaluation process at Sacramento City College, and has been a visiting team member on a number of accreditation site visits to other colleges.
