Child Development Academy

Every summer The Family Engagement Institute in partnership with Foothill College offers the Child Development Academy - an accelerated Summer Program where current high school students and adults have the opportunity to learn principles in Child Development, and work in partnership with Family Engagement Institute's Stretch to Kindergarten program.

• Earn community service hours
• Gain career & college experience
• Earn 11 units of CSU transferable coursework
• Learn child development principles
• Field-work experience with children
