Faculty
In Peer Online Course Review, POCR, faculty collaborate to revise course design and enhance existing material and assessments in order to improve the student experience, increase online success outcomes, and close the equity gap.
Peer review allows faculty to identify areas for ongoing professional development and support, while also leveraging one another as thought partners and inspiration.
Participation
To participate, you should have a course that has been taught 100% online for an entire quarter. In addition, the course should be one in which you plan to continue to teach 100% online.
Participants receive a $1500 stipend after successfully aligning their course.
Time Commitment
You'll be spending between 2-3 hours a week, learning more about the CVC-OEI Rubric, and Foothill Equity Affirmation, and refining your course.
