Marketing and Public Relations

Marketing Work Orders

All requests for marketing department assistance start with a work order (which utilizes a Smartsheet interface). Please do not email individual team members. Work orders are scheduled and assigned contingent on staff availability and department priorities.

Work Order Categories

  • Messaging - for messages to students via our digital channels & social media
  • Writing - for assistance in writing brochures, flyers, and promotional materials
  • Design/Print - get help with graphics for print or digital projects, and all printed materials
  • Web - for major projects, updates, getting access to Omni, troubleshooting web pages on the Foothill website.

 

MARKETING WORK ORDER

Order Business Cards & Name Tags

This process has changed effective Summer 2023.

Please contact your division admin to order business cards or name tags.

  • Standard business cards are available in lots of 100, 200, or 500 with an estimated cost of $22-$35.
  • Names tags range from $7.50 (plastic) to $19.50 (metal), and feature a magnetic backing (not pins).
