Reaffirmation of Accreditation 2024

Foothill College is scheduled to have a focused site visit on September 30 and October 1, 2024. The Open Forum is Monday, Sept. 30th at 10am in Room 8402 and the Exit Forum is Tuesday, Oct. 1st at 1pm in Room 8338. The peer review team will base their formative and summative evaluations from the college's Institutional Self-Evaluation Report (ISER) that was submitted to the Accrediting Commission for Community and Junior Colleges (ACCJC) in December 2023.

Organization

The ISER development process adopts a collaborative model involving all constituency groups. The Accreditation Steering Committee proposed an initial organizational model (with roles identified/defined) that was finalized after participatory governance feedback.
