Steps to Register for Classes

Ordering Foothill Transcripts

Students can order transcripts in writing from the Admissions and Records Office or by ordering through MyPortal or the website of Foothill's authorized transcript provider, Credentials Solutions.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: Transcripts ordered through Credentials Solution website will require you to print and sign the authorization page and mail or fax it to Credential Solutions.

Transcripts will be sent electronically or mailed in hard copy, depending on the arrangement with the receiving institution.

Students are entitled to two free transcripts if they request the transcripts in writing, indicating that the request is NOT a rush order and that it should be counted as a free copy. Download and complete the Transcript Request Form

Written requests should be submitted by mail to the Admissions Office, Foothill College, 12345  El Monte Road,  Los Altos Hills, CA 94022, or by fax to 650.949.7048 or email at

Requests may also be submitted in person at the Admissions Office front desk. If the transcript is required immediately, there will be a $14 cost for each Official Transcript.

All other orders will be subject to fees as listed on the Credentials Solutions website

  • From left menu, SELECT Apps
  • Under Students,  SELECT Student Registration
  • Under My Records, SELECT Order Official Foothill Transcript
