What is a Virtual Ceremony?
Graduation is the culmination of all of your accomplishments. We're very disappointed that graduation will not be in-person, but we are working very hard to ensure it’s a special evening. We will have speeches, presentation of special awards, and the presentation of each individual graduate as a livestream event. You will be presented using individualized slides with pictures and a quote of your choice (see example below).
How do I register to participate in the Virtual Ceremony?
You will receive an email from email@example.com with a link to register for the ceremony no later than Friday, May 21.
How can my friends and family watch the Virtual Ceremony? Is there a link or website?
The ceremony can be viewed on YouTube on Friday, June 25 at 6 p.m.
How do I petition to graduate? What's the deadline?
Why do I need regalia?
Ordering regalia is optional, but for those who wish to order it can do so through the Bookstore. Each graduate will have a personalized slide that will be displayed on screen while their name is called by their respective division dean. This slide, as seen in the example below, will include a picture that you submit. If you would like to submit a picture wearing your regalia, you have to option to order your regalia through our bookstore.

If I don't petition to graduate, can I still participate in the commencement ceremony?
