Student Records Policy

Foothill College Office of Admissions and Records maintains student records permanently, securely, and confidentially per Disclosure of Student Records AP5050.

All college employees must complete FERPA training and obtain college and district approval prior to accessing of any student information.

Foothill College follows district policy pursuant to AP5500 – Student Records Policy, which is also documented in the Foothill student handbook, outlining:

  • Student rights
  • Student Access to Education Records
